DETECTO EVO TRANSFORMS YOUR DOCUMENTS INTO VALUABLE INFORMATION

Detecto Evo not only acquire your document and transform it into digital, but also intelligently recognizes the type of document, identifies the text within it (amounts, letters, punctuation, reasons, date, signature, etc.), goes back to the meaning semantics of the words and catalogs the document in the appropriate section of the archive, finally classifies the data based on the content and position in the text.

LET'S GIVE AN EXAMPLE

Giovanni's sales-people send receipts for restaurant invoices every month and would like to be able to archive them quickly and easily.

With Detecto Evo, thanks to the Easyscan system, Giovanni takes his smartphone and captures the image of the document with a photograph. The system manages to capture the image optimally even if it is not placed in the right angle and lighting, creates the digital document and identifies data such as the amount and date.

Giovanni is not sure if one of his justification has been loaded correctly so he opens the Detecto Evo App and asks the Virtual Assistant to show him the archive with the latest uploaded documents.

With a simple voice request, Giovanni will access the archive and check that the document has been loaded correctly.

Imagine you want to find a document of which you remember only some information. Thanks to Detecto Evo, you just need to query it with the data you have to do so. For example, if you say: “Show me all the receipts of the trips over 200€ of the year 2021 of Mario Rossi”, you immediately get all your manager’s receipts divided by the chosen search criteria.
